I'm with you on the shedding the last 8, erm lets call them 13 lbs, but fit into a 2 today, so that is inspiration. Good to see you Sat night! I told Jen i'm planning a game decathalon bone up on your Operation skills, I'm recruiting the two of you to be on my team!

Okay so its time to shed those last 8 lbs. I'm done with vacation and I am getting recommitted. Mapping out meals, working out. Rob and Kris are coming in this weekend so I expect to be a little bit worse than normal but during the week I am going to focus.
