    Hi there

    Hi, I haven't logged on in a long time and I just got your message. I am still pretty much eating primal/paleo. I've slipped lately, hence the weight gain. I actually eat primal about 90% of the time during the week then on the weekends if I have a social event it gets worse, mostly from having a few alcoholic drinks. I thank you for asking, it's going to help get me back on track! Are you thinking about changing your diet, or have you already?

    less commuting and more running

    i am finally getting back to running again. I am training for a 10miler at the end of this month. I hope I can get back to running and haven't loss what I had gained before.

    lastest commute

    lastest commute average 14.4 mph. I feel like that is pretty good considering I am riding through traffic, bike path, parking lots, etc.

    Bike Commute

    a little rocky start to my goal of bike commuting today. I did it though. 11 miles one way. 22 miles round trip. I averaged 13.7 miles a hour. slower than a normal bike ride but interesting nonetheless.

    I signed up for the Tarheel 10 miler. I am not sure what I am thinking but I know that I need to get my foot figured out and some running/ cross training done. I am excited and looking forward to the run. tarheel10miler.com
