I have ultrasounds of my digestive system every year for an unrelated medical condition and we can't actually see my gall bladder due to all the gas!

I haven't done it for a week now. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and thought I was cooking something relatively healthy...ended up triggering a massive attack, Mum and Dad were quite disturbed. So Mum cooked because she knows I won't starve then :) They're going on holiday for three days at the end of this week and so I'll have to cook again...fingers crossed I don't set anything on fire or make myself sick again.

Consistency
I've got a real solid routine. I pack my lunch, gym bag and lay out my clothes each evening. This allows me more dawdling time in the morning - I hate being rushed. My goal for the new year is to work on specific daily/ weekly/monthly meal planning.

Things
My house is for sale. I'll be going from 10,000 sq ft down to about 3,000 sq ft. I need to get rid of 2/3 of everything I own. I find transition stressful, and I think this could last a while. I miss you on DailyMile!

Just look at your photos and your graph. AWESOME! I think you'll find the closer you get to your ideal weight, the slower the progress. Keep on keeping on!!!
