Hard to track
Eek, its hard to track my food consumption. Which is making it hard to stick with a diet. I wonder if there is a simpler way.

Doing perfect work, but diet...
Your workouts, as you mentioned, are great, but it's all about your diet that needs some moderation. I think if you practice at night you won't be starving too much daily. And if you can sleep with a starving stomach that would help! Keep up your great work :)

Tired but feeling accomplished!
I got myself to the pool today only to discover that the lanes have been consolidated into one. Try swimming 800m with slow people around you. It turns into a chore. So I finished my 800m after 45minutes and then headed home. Where I started my run, finished 5k. So proud. That was the first time I chained together swimming and running. Usually it's just bike and run (which is it's own fun story).

Ok, yes I know. I'm not recording stuff today. Its a lot of food. heh. Lets just say that.
