    Another crazy update

    So I do horrible at holiday weekends. This past 4th of July weekend I went bonkers on eating. Tuesday morning I was 193, Wednesday 191.5, and today 190lbs. We are going on a cruise August 10th, and my original goal was to try and weigh 180 lbs, but I don't see that happening now unless I can lose 2lbs per week. It might still be possible.

    Update

    That food debauchery Father's Day landed me at 192lbs Tuesday morning, 190lbs Wednesday, and 189lbs today.... A lot of that is water retention I'm sure This weeks workouts have been very intense. Tuesday I ran 1.5 miles, tonight I'm planning on 2 miles straight.

    Hrmmm

    Saturday evening I hit 186.0 after working outside sweating for a while.... definitely not a fair weigh in, but still neat none-the-less. Sunday was father's day, and a day of food debauchery. I'm going to hop back on track this week and weigh in this weekend. I want to be 185 this week.
