  Congrats on reaching your body fat goal! It's a bit of a funny feature that they sent me that. I feel weird talking about you body fat. It's weird to say and weird to type...but congrats anyway!

  Like weight more than cardio

  I kind of hate cardio because I feel like I don't see any results. When i get done with weight lifting, I FEEL it. I like that burn. I'm not sure if I'm just not doing cardio the right way, or if it's just not for me.

  Hey hey, I'm back

  So I exercised for the first time since moving today. I kind of half-assed it, but at least I showed up. I'm going to get back into this and do it right. I want to impress some girls, I want to be proud of my body and not get winded doing small menial things.

  Plateau

  I didn't lose any weight from the cleanse today. I also didn't stick to it as well as I should have yesterday, nor did I exercise. The exercise starts on Monday, so hopefully my tubby ass gets ready for that.

  The Cleanse is gone!!

  I've been getting really good results from being on this cleanse, but I woke up this morning and it's gone!! My dumbass didn't write anything down. I need to find it.
