12 week plan - Muscle Builder and Fat Loss
Today was my 1st workout on this plan. I have to admit, it kicked my butt compared to my normal workout, but felt great! Had trouble with the ab exercise due to lower back issues so I will take it slow and hope to work through it over time.

Hey RJ, Thanks for the friend up...I too have been trying to pack on a bit of muscle, but I have to say it's not easy. I have been eating like crazy (cleaner calories) and seem to add more body fat that anything. I went from around 6% to 9% in the last few months, but I hope to get on at least a bit more size. I personally would like to add anywhere between 10 and 30 lbs, but that is going to take some time.
