You're back on D.B.!
Thanks! It feels great to have lost some weight. Nice to know that someone else is back on here with me. I did take a little break Nov & Dec. from just entering everything in (it was nice ;). But Jan came and decided I wanted to be take a couple more pounds off & be a little more aware of what I'm eating and what-not. Sorry to hear you had a rough fall, but welcome back and good luck. I have no doubt you'll be successful. It seems like once you put your mind to something you are unstoppable!

Holy cow! Your progress pictures look great! You've dropped a ton of weight! I haven't seen you in forever, but it looks like you've been uber-healthy. I have not...but after a pretty tough Fall (was really sick and gained a lot of weight) I'm happy to be back on a regular exercise schedule again.

Sheri, you so don't want to know about the lemon diet, my lil' sis is crazy--it's basically fasting, so silly. You drink this lemon juice concoction w/ red pepper and I don't know what else and that is all you drink for like a week, but no more than 40 days (b/c that wouldn't be "safe") then after you stop you slowly bring food into your diet by only eating low fat soups. I guess Lauren's friend that did it lost 11 lbs. in a two weeks (I don't know how you wouldn't, you don't eat!) The detox is Jillian Micheals' Cleanse & Detox system (pills) that help your body w/ retaining water, bloating, etc. I think it is working, but the last two days I haven't been as faithful at taking them b/c some things came up where we weren't at home when I was supposed to take it. I'll keep you posted on the weeks end results though. The idea is to take it to help Jump Start a diet or exercise routine to help keep you motivated.

I haven't started jillian and can't wait too! i have already lost 2 lbs since feb.1 too! i'm not doing the lemon diet yet and dont think i will but if i do it will be only for 3 days when i start the detox and cleanse with jillian! my goal is to lose 5 lbs by the time you guys come! and then another 5 by spring break and another 5 by summer! also martha is so down for me to be her trainer and cook! haha cant wait to start!
