    Back in the Saddle

    Having the flu two Sundays ago has put a damper on my work outs and of course my diet. I lost 2-3 pounds the opposite of what I'm trying to achieve. I may start a different work out regiment this week.

    First Day of Ab Work outs.

    I love it!!! Incorporating Warm-ups, stretches (I'm guilty of neglecting these things). I'm giving myself about two weeks to narrow down all my routines and follow a regular execercise routines

    Coca Cola withdrawls

    I have no withdrawals, no headaches, just don't have that kick but it's all psychological. I beleive I'm going on 5 days. I want to give up Soda all together.
