About Me
i get up at 05.15 when the mullah calls on all muslims to pray ( noisy sod) and do 45-75 mins in the gym normally cardio, then at 16.30 (or there abouts) i do 2- 2.50hrs in the gym intermittent weights and cardio, it helps i think that we are at altittude because it certainly makes a difference when you get home and train, im not a great one for diets or stuff i just eat sensibly watch the sugars n fats but basically burn more than you eat. happy training.
