Pounds lost
sweet - weight this morning was 155 even - 2lbs lower than a couple days ago. working out and diet are working well - giving me new confidence and my clothes are already fitting better! Had gone backwards due to the holidays but back on track now and at same weight as before holidays - sweet!

Need to hit gym earlier
I could not get time on the treadmill today - the gym was packed tomorrow in the afternoon is my next session - let's see if they are still crowded at that time of day - certainly 6pm is not a good time to go to gym if you want to use the machines

so the holidays were not so kind
the holidays were not so kind - ate way too much rich food and sweets - did not track my intakes and/or exercise - hell let me be honest - I barely exercised Felt good to get a workout in yesterday even if it was a short one to get started Not sore at all but I did easy levels and low impact to burn fat Extending my times today when I go to the gym - I think I can double the recumbent bike time - the cross trainer maybe not - I barely made it to the 10 mins yesterday. So far so good making this life style change - I like going to the gym

Day 1 of New Gym Membership
went to gym I joined New Years Eve - was great got some time in on the cross trainer and the recumbent bike extending time tomorrow to longer on each
