Ugh...
Some of the chest-beating and arguing back and forth on the Forums is beyond stupid. It's difficult sometimes not to tell people they're acting like idiots. It makes me think this is the last place I'd come seeking advice. Who KNOWS what these morons will say next?

Bad Girls
I joined the Bad Girls group a little while back. It doesn't seem to be an active group, though... I'm disappointed about that. Searching through the other groups, I haven't seen anything similar. Too bad about this... I'd like to have some people here.

Keeping it Simple
I'm not going to enter Nutritional goals until after I complete this 91 Day Thing. Even then... given my history, I'm not interested in fixating. I don't see a way to make entries as food exchanges, which is about as detailed as I'd want to get. Besides, I'm logging on fitday at present, too. I like the exercise calculators here a bit better, but I do wish I could customize goals here and set up tracking that isn't prescribed for me. *sigh* This first 13 weeks is about losing some bad habits and getting fit by incorporating regular weight training and cardio.

Day 10 of the 91 Days
I'm in the middle of week 12 of 13. Doing great on all my short term goals so far. Haven't missed a workout, lit a cigarette, or indulged in martinis since starting. I've eaten breakfast every day, drank more water, taken a daily multivitamin, felt better and been a good girl in general. I'm on my way, baby!
