    Trip to the Dietician

    Saw a dietician yesterday. She set up different goals for me. Unfortunately, I don't know how to edit them in DB and it may be an option only for PRO, or it may not be an option at all. Body Cell Mass 101.9 pounds - goal 83.2 pounds Extracellular Mass 101.9 pounds - goal 102 - 116 pounds Fat 100.2 pounds - goal 30 - 67 pounds Goal weight 215-225 pounds (She says this should be my ideal) Priorities for optimizing nutrition: 1. Increase Water intake to 4 liters per day 2. Decrease portion size 3. 33 pounds fat loss is first goal which means I need to lose 45 pounds total weight loss. 4. Initial weight goal is 260 pounds 5. Caloric intake should be 2800 calories 6. Protein intake should be 100 to 120 grams per day. Food Groups: 1. Grains - 12 to 15 servings per day 2. Fruit - 3 servings per day 3. Vegetables - 4 to 5 servings per day 4. Dairy - 3 to 4 servings per day 5. Protein Foods - 4 to 5 - 3 oz servings per day. Other Food goals: 1. Eat less fat 2. Eat more high-fiber foods 3. Use less salt 4. Eat less sugar Things I will be avoiding: 1. Pork 2. Milk 3. Peanut butter 4. Pop corn 5. Berries or melons 6. Juice 7. Dried fruit 8. Bananas 9. Pineapples 10. Stone fruit I am also supposed to use vegetables sprays for cooking oil.
