roospy added a new comment to the Beginners 5k Training program:- I felt really bad cos I only jogged 4 times last week, and then I read the total of 6 times was for the first 2 weeks which was a relief. However, I still plan on jogging every night this week :)

Let myself down
I ended up only exercising once yesterday before work and then eating 2 rounds of take away food. My mum brought chips home for dinner and I was meant to go round to Siobhans for a caserole. However, Siobhan had to work late so we ended up getting a munchie box which is kebab meat, 1 bit of chicken pakora, 2 onion rings and some chips each...I couldn't eat as much as Siobhan obviously. I also had a kinder bueno and a mars bar through the day. Hence the reason why my weight went back up to 141...whoops. I'll be good for the rest of the week. Was too tired to exercise this morning but I'll do a good chunk of time on the exercise bike tonight and go my usual jog :)

Weighed myself this morning upon waking up - was down to 141 from 143.2...something magic must happen in my sleep lol. I'm off for a jog later this evening after my dinner settles - google map says its 1.7 miles...but its really really windy so it will be hard going, yay.

Starting tomorrow
Hi folks, I'm starting my weight loss programme tomorrow. I'm getting a good nights sleep and will either go on the bike tomorrow morning or go a jog before work. Also planning on eating healthy tomorrow at work. Trying to lose 13.2 pounds of weight before the evil Xmas period where its criminal not to eat alot lol.
