Every single muscle in my body is screaming!!!! still looking forward to the aerobics challenge tomorrow. at least i now sleep better and feel stronger too. here's to another week of enjoyment and getting healthier. i can do this....i am doing this :-)

todays workout was much easier!!was beeter at step aerobics and cant wait for more!!!!

did my first work out today in like forever......aerobics and glad can still do 30 minutes on the treadmill. feeling a littel fatigued..guess coz its day one. i think i need to slow down abit...cant wait for the challenge tomorrow though!!!
