I like that!
Trying IS doing, isnt it?? That is what I did, too.. set up a lil gym in my home office. every hour or so I do a couple of sets of something.. it's still a work in motion, but at least it IS in motion..! Salad bar sounds really nice..! Wish I could have one of those.. hehe. I love salad, I just hate making it.. I have no idea why but it just bothers me. all the cutting and the chopping.. I know.. super lazy of me. but, its so true.. I just learned this about myself.. lol. So welcome back to your base.. from where ever you were / are..? Glad to know you are safe! Trying is Doing!!!
The fact that you got out and tried is more than trying its doing. So it sounds that you are getting back on track thats awesome. I have been traveling a bit out here and finding the gym was not always easy so I set up a little gym in my room to help stay in line with my transformation program. I heard that my base finally has a salad bar which is a step in the right direction. I will see as soon as I get back. So tomorrow I will be all over the gym. I have lost a little bit of weight but not near as much as I would have liked. Well keep up the great work Heather!!

I'm trying!!
I finally joined a gym locally on Wed and took a very easy class, something that would have been a warm up for me when I lived stateside, and it KILLED me for 4 days!! I could barely move!!! i am still feeling it! But yesterday I started doing some things at home, and I plan on continuing the classes every night I can make it (mon-thurs) and continuing to do stuff at home.. It was real upsetting hurting so bad, but I think it was a real eyeopener too.. I know I am better than that! So here we go!! Thank you for checking on me! It was great to see your message! Now I have someone to answer to :) How are you doing?? Heather =D
