Workout Plan
I really enjoyed the Weight Loss Workout Plan despite the knee pain, but I left it because I have one that I'm setting up myself from a book.

Planning, planning, planning!!!
Today I'm enduring what happens when you have a late night and early morning with no meal planning in between. You get sugary caffiene, greasy breakfast muffins, and sodium-packed soups and sandwiches. The price of convenience.

Easter
Easter Sunday was a cheat day. Not because it was Easter, but because it was the day that falls on every 3-weeks Sunday... Cheat Day. Had pizza because it was a cheat day, and a Cadbury egg because it was easter. The Chicken and Chorizo pizza that I logged is my best guess, since the pizza was from a local place that uses a lot of fresh stuff, and had both chicken and chorizo. Not to worried about the specifics on that day though.

It's much easier to control how your food is prepared if you're the one cooking it.
