    back on track?

    well, I'm glad to be back moving again. My shins are not happy with me, so I'm trying to balance the "stay moving" with making sure I don't get a full on set of shin owies.

    Wii Fit

    How are you enjoying the wii-fit exercises? My fave balance exercise is the board where you have to put the balls in the different slots. :)

    getting older

    I miss my teenage-->mid-twenties body. Today it really kicked in that I'm doing better in slowly getting myself running by walking a solid half mile prior to jogging. What? I used to just be able to stretch and take off!! I guess I'm to the point where I have to negotiate with my body. Can I take it to a bar and negotiate over drinks?

    Boy am I drenched today...and I didn't even run. Although I'm hopeful some of this sweat is due to walking hard...I'm also thinking a lot has to do with the dang humidity.
