RSBP added a new comment to the Body-for-LIFE program:Last time... - The last time I did the Body for Life Program I lost 45 pounds in 12-weeks. Then I moved out-of-state and didn't hook up with new workout partners, so all the weight came back. Awesome program, ate all the time on it and was never hungry - often sore from the workouts, but good sore. I'm looking forward to using this site as a way to connect with people and keep up the support network this time.

gym membership
Personally I don't belong to a gym at the moment. However the better ones are Perfect Body or Danville Athletic Club. Depending on what you're going for DAC has everything you would need; but Perfect Body is geared more towards aerobics fitness classes...etc.

Day One - Starting a diet at 8 p.m.
Who starts a "diet" at 8 p.m.? I guess anyone who believes that you don't have to wait for the first of a month, a week or post holiday. I found this website and decided NOW, after looking at it, that I need to set some goals for myself and reach for them. So, I joined. Now I'm going to add it to my list of goals for the year and start eating right from NOW on.
