    Low Carb High Protein

    Hey girls, I realize i am responding way late but.....I was struggeling with that too. Special K has a Protein Plus Ceral, its low carb and high protein (10g Protein and 9g Carbs). Also, drink Protein shakes after your work out. I LOVE EAS Myoplex lite(20g Protein and 20g Carbs). It will boost your protein amount and keep your carb count reasonable. I was told that your body can only absord 30-40g of protein in one meal, so try and space them out to get the biggest bang for your buck!
