Been doing well
I got back on the train more than a month ago now and I've been doing better than ever before. I'm also training in MMA (Muay Thai, Boxing, etc.) which is burning a ton of calories a couple times a week.

Course Correction
It sucks when you do well for most of a day, but blow it on one or two things you really shouldn't be eating. Those things add up before you know it. I need to get back on track here. This week, I want to see 7 days exercised and 7 calorie goals met!

P90X
I haven't used any of the other Beachbody products before. But I can definately say that P90X is worth the time and money investment, especially if you are already a strong fitness state. Great downward trend btw :-)

Cookouts Ain't Easy
It's really tough to maintain a calorie count during BBQs with friends. I knew it going in, but a burger and brat later, it became even more evident. I at least ate less than I normally would on a cookout and managed to stay within my calories for the day, but it's a lot harder than I even expected.

Cool
It's so great when you start feeling better. Everything starts to snowball in a good way! I bought some fat calipers and I am at about 22 - 24% body fat so this is not my ideal weight. However, what I am doing now is focusing more on weight lifting and getting plenty of amino acids so hopefully I can put on some muscle. If I dropped another 10 or 20 lbs I would probably be pretty close to the right weight, but I feel pretty good at around 170 so I am trying to gradually loose, or not, depending on what my muscle mass does. Just trying to feel it out.
