Off again...
....well it has been quite a while since I have been on any kind of consistent exercise regimen. But I AM BACK! The surgery I had really through me for a loop. It was harder and longer to recover than I thought. That being said, no more excuses; let's do this thing!

Struggles
Looks to me like you've had a most excellent day! And tomorrow will be another! Pilates is my method of choice for core work. Have you tried it?

today...
....i worked out pretty hard. i am so glad i did it eventhough i am REALLY sore. i have got to find a way to work out my core without it causing me so much pain. i'm calling Katie - she'll have an idea or two!

walking again
Okay, so I love this site. I can look back and see what I HAVEN'T done! I did go to the gym last week. Now I've got to get there this week...at least 3 times. Five is the goal but three is a beginning. Or at least take a walk around my 'hood.
