    Mountain Biking

    Totally kicked some ass mountain biking today. 3 miles in 40 minutes at Concord Park. I kind of wished I had gone a little longer, maybe taken a break after the 3 miles but I started to get hungry. I had a big dinner so I gained about a pound and a half back. Oops. It was a good dinner though, baked chicken, catfish, veggies, salad, roll, and some fruit.

    It has begun!

    I've been mountain biking all winter but its been kinda slow here lately with all the rain. I'm starting a weight routine to supplement the mountain biking. I'm looking to lose about 25-35 pounds and lower my blood pressure.

After not working out for nearly 3 years, while working full time and going to school full time, I'm trying to catch back up. My goals are to lose between 25-30 pounds, I want to enter (and finish) the Haw Ridge Hill of Truth mountain bike race, and I want to be able to run under a 14 minute 2 mile.r
