Goals
I need to lose about 80 lbs to be at a normal weight. My immediate goal is to lose 30 lbs before a trip in August. I've been overweight most of my life but gained and lost this 30 lbs quite a few times. I am also working to build my fitness level. Need to figure out how to better utilize some of the planning tools on this site. Also, commit a time to working out so I don't blow it off.

Tomorrow = Day 1
This will be the fourth time I've tried to get on a diet plan to lose weight this year. It's not the failure that matters, it is your reaction to the failure. One more time! This week my goals are to: *Track what everything I eat, no matter what I end up eating. *Workout 3 times *Meditate 3 times
