    I'm not tracking it

    I eat a few subs and it was just hard to find something in daily burn to match it. I have been eating good and my workouts are good. Actually, I'm in the mideast of a walk. I left my place and I'm walking by the river. So car I walked 7 miles. I will shoot for 14-15

    Yeah. All is good. Yesterday I tried to make up. I also played an hour soccer. Last week I lost 2.2 lbs. If all goes well, next Monday I should be under 190 lbs. Now, I'm at 191.6. I see u had some good days as well. Keep it up.

    I am pretty sure that you eat more than you had to in Romania. So this is a great time for you to get back into tracking everything (or most everything). I am have in a great week in term of exercising. I walked to work tuesday and wed, and plan to do the same Friday and Sat. It's 2.8 m round trip so, if I walk the next to days, I will walk an additional 11.2 m this week. This week is a recovery week in P90x. It's mainly cardio, yoga, and stretching. Not a big van of the last two, so I replaced yoga with recumbent bike. I bike twice already, did the kempoX, and another work out. I know I won't always have the time to do this but man, that hour a day is really helping me focus. As you mention, let's keep each other accountable. I hope your shoulder is better. And even if it is not ..."do your best, and forget the rest" - Tony (P90X guy) :)
