About Me
I have a pretty good grasp on eating healthy, and now how I should be fueling my body. However, MAKING the actual choices is hard for me, haha. I would like to run more races, and work my way up to a half marathon within a year. I've been wearing the same size since high school! Not a huge size or anything, but I know with the right amount of work and motivation I could finally feel fully comfortable with my body and how I treat it.
