I am 15 years old and am a sophomore in high school. I am 6 foot 4 inches tall and 160 pounds. I am just trying to gain weight because I am an ectomorph. I cannot gain weight simply by eating, so i have to gain muscle instead. I am trying to gain 40 pounds by the end of this school year.
