reflection
After logging my food intake, I realized how much fat I was eating. I don't think there was a weak that I stayed within my limits. I have a weakness for icecream and other high fat dairy. I never would of thought either about how much all those few little handful of snacks add up. A couple here and a couple there all add up fast. As far as my workouts go, I know that I don't do enough anymore. I use to workout faithfully, but with the baby now, I don't do squat. Well I actually lost all my weight from my pregnancy, but I can't attribute it to gyminee. I just have good genes. I still eat icecream everynight, and yet I'm back down to a size 0. I really wouldn't mind using gyminee after the holidays. I do have some goals as far as losing body fat... not weight. Just tracking what I eat and knowing just how much fat I'm eating really helps me decide on what to eat. I find that I think twice about pouring that half/half in my coffee instead of 2% milk. If I don't track it, I add all the fat I want. I really want to change my diet for the health reasons, not weight loss. I like feeling healthy and strong. Anytime I eat right on a regular basis, I feel it mentally and love it. So I guess I will continue on with gyminee more for the mental wellness than anything.
