    Haha i'm planning a massive boozer on Thursday night ... i'm sticking to straight spirits and diet coke, and hoping that in my drunk state i won't down any kebabs, big macs, or chocolate bars...     ALCOHOL IS THE DEVIL

    So I drank pretty heavily this weekend and didn't record my calories. I'm up in weight quite a bit. I have decided that I can either be drunk and chubby or moderately tipsy on occasion and thin. Drunk and chubby is not attractive at 24. I'm not in college any more. But i think its physically impossible to gain the weight that the scale says I have gained since Friday... I must be retaining water or something. If anything I gained a pound. Oh well. I'm just going to have to be REALLY good this week.

I am 24 years old and I have been out of college for a year and a half and I am still carrying the extra 10-15 pounds I gained while in school. I love to work out and I love eating healthy.
