I'm a prior service (USAF) PhD student who spends more time at his desk than he'd like. I love to cycle, mtn. bike, backpack, climb rock and ice, so my fitness goals are oriented toward improving my performance in these things. Light, lean, strong, powerful endurance is what I'm after!!
