    So Bummed

I am so upset with myself. It was the last week of weighins for the challenge and I totally sabatoged(sp) myself. It started last weekend, I was super busy with my business and then on sunday I got super sick and was sick all day sunday and monday. I should have taken my weight then because I was down 2 more pbs on tuesday morning then I was on sunday b/c of being sick. Since I knew I was down a bit I decided to give mysel f a splurdge and bought me a couple cookies to have. Then on Wednesday I received a package of homemade reece's cups and without thinking I ate one.... as soon as I ate it I knew that I shouldn't have done it. I ended up gaining 3 lbs OVER what my weighin was on Sunday... that was a 5 lb gain from tuesday. I restricted my food intake to soup and sandwiches and fruit. through all of that I was able to almost get to what I weighed in at last sunday by today but that is it. I am so mad at myself because I could have lost the weight and possibly won the challenge but b/c of my self sabotaging(sp) behavior I will probably lose. If nothing else I will take this as a learning experience and be aware of this during the next challenge!
