    If you have a problem curbing your appetite just make sure that everything on your plate is healthy food and that you have lean protein with every meal. Protein tends to help you feel fuller longer. Gradually add more fiber rich foods to your diet. Eat as slow as you possibly can. Mindfully chew every piece of food you put in your mouth. Eat every meal from a breakfast plate. It's smaller. Drink a glass of water before you start eating. These are just a few ideas that have helped me. Exercise has to become an integral part of your life, like breathing

    I had to set myself some new goals because I found that I wasn't really putting a lot of effort into my weight training , in particular. Goals give you something to work towards so hopefully these will keep me on track because my weight has been fluctuating up and down like crazy. My graph would make a really bad roller coaster ride. What are you studying at college?
