one year of yoga
7th of may i celebrated calmly - one year of practicing yoga. i feel, think and sleep better since i practice yoga. my body, my mind, my spirit all have benefited from this private practice at home. next i will try a class here and there... namaste

7th Nov commences 7th Month of my home
today marks 6 months completion of my home yoga program (7th May). i usually do 15 minutes of the "sun salutation" every other day. sometimes on the weekends, i do the 40 minute routine "energizing evening." i see and i feel and i know there has been positive change in me because of yoga. namaste~sarahbela http://www.ampmyoga.com/index.html

5 months of yoga 4 me @ 5 days per week
my home yoga program, usually every other day, i do the sun salutation routine for 15 minutes and on saturday or sunday i do the 30 minute routine "wake up the spine" ~ http://www.ampmyoga.com/index.html ~ and it definitely changed my body, my mind and my spirit for the better!

over 12 weeks of yoga 4 me @ 5 days PLUS per week
