About Me
I am a wife and mother of 4 with a busy schedule and sports that are always on the move...I am going to be a matron of honor in a wedding next June and want to look like I did at my wedding 7 1/2 years ago...I work out 4-5 days a week for about 45 minutes to and hour with a focus on my abs and thighs...starting to see progress but want a more visual progress....

At a stand still
It may seem like you are not making progress but it is changing all the parts abou you so keep on working you are looking and feeling better everyday.....It does show just not as noticable to you as you would like Sara

you are at a point where you see progress but just need to keep working for the goal it is a road less traveled but one worth working at...feel good about yourself and it will make things better

nothing tastes as good as ...how you feel skinny...endulge yourself but within reason to allow yourself a chance to keep focus and stay on track...looking good int he dress will make you all the happier!

keep going
new shoes and a sore body ..but the motivation is there keep going you are begining to see some major success. I am you and we are proud so keep it up you are doing it right and being successful time to kick it into the next gear.
