Weather *is* beautiful...
I agree... the weather is extremely pleasant (though it won't last, heat is bound to blast us soon). I hope you are also taking advantage of the outdoors during this time! :) C'mon, let's see you log some more miles for our challenge!

Begin Again
I've begun working out again this week. Seems lots of people have hit a bit of a slump. The weather's beautiful so if you read this, take a hike!

Yoga Flow
Participated in an hour long yoga class today incorporating three types of yoga: strength, balance, & stretching. What a workout!

Body Sculpting
I took a class yesterday at the PAC on ASU's Poly campus. We did squats, calf raises, bicep curls, tricep dips, situps, lunges, plank, and lots of stretching and cardio. I need to take the time to input all of these things into a workout because I will probably be doing the class again. 1/22/09
