    Progress image submitted to give me some sort of motivation. Every time I come on here I'll have to look at it, so will hopefully kick me in to gear to lose some weight and I can get a better one up!

    So I don't really seem to have progressed anywhere despite (briefly) going to the gym before work every morning, and trying to watch my intake. I know I had a couple of semi-high days, but for a weekly total I'm on a -4278 calorie deficit - yet no weight change. If anything, I seem to have gained 1lb - although I have swapped scales..... Sigh. Maybe next week!

200+ lbs and not happy. Looking to to be down to around 160lbs by the end of the year, which is doable with a calorie deficit of 500/day.
