    Weight challenge.

    On October 1st, 2011, I started a challenge issued by my gym's owner to lose 70lbs in 7 months. My weight on the scale at home was 289, so I updated my goal to 219. Diet will be key if I'm going to lose an average of 10 lbs a month!

    Frustrated

    It's frustrating to see my body weight drop a few pounds while my body fat still increases. Wouldn't this mean I'm losing muscle mass? Not good.

    2-day fast

    Trying a 2-day fast from BeachBody. I'm not feeling any of the energy or vibrance they purport. Very tired, but determined to get through these two days. Not sure if it's good or bad that I'm already planning what I'll eat on Tuesday and it'll be very light for fear of running to the bathroom at the first sign of solid food in my stomach after two days.
