Wednesday's Workout
Right foot is still hurting/cramping. Walked to Beth's and back today with Blinn in the morning. Went to the gym at 8pm. 30 min on the treadmill at average of 3.5 mph. Switched to elliptical for 30 min. Still think I may just switch to elliptical all together. Seems less jarring and like I work harder on it. But it doesn't have a personal TV on it like the treadmills. How vain!

Monday's Workout
Started with a 10 min. warmup at 3.0-3.5. Started to run and right foot was hurting enough where I had to stop. Ended up walking for 30 min at 3.0 and 3.0 incline. Switched over to bike for 30 min. to take some pressure off of my foot. A little disappointed I couldn't keep up with my Couch to 5K training.

Thursday's Workout
10 min. warm up at 3.0 20 min. of 1 min. at 5.5-6.0 then 2 min. 3.0 10 min. 3.0 20 min. 3.5 5 min. 2.5 cool down Didn't push myself as hard as I wanted today. Shin was kind of hurting?

Food Journal
I think I'm going to try to start using this to keep track of my "weight watchers" points, even though we're not doing weight watchers right now. Their website is great and easy for tracking points, but I don't have $40 a month for it right now!! So that should help me keep track of my calorie intake a little better. Also, two goals I have- running a 5K and trying the 100 Pushup Challenge! Woo Hoo! We're moving to a new apartment in a few weeks, so I think once we're settled into a *new* place, starting some *new* challenges and routines will be the perfect time. Until then, I want to continue to go to the gym at least 3 times a week for an hour of cardio.
