    After eating I feel....

    Breakfast was coffee and Quinoa Porridge. It was very tasty, but I am not satisfied and bloated but not full. I think carbs are my downfall, almost like an addiction. I can kick it for short periods but feel like I need them, then I regret it :)

    Title...

    Thanks Scottymouth. I too am yet to do a good clean grip but then I don't like front squats anyway. Going to do my workout this morning before I start some home improvement efforts and cut grass. Got plenty of time now that I am laid off. Doing ok though as I am getting 70% salary plus full benefits. Just got to cut back on some things.
