    I LOVE THIS!

    I love working out, I love my trainer, Keith Mann! I dont care for my diet but its working...even with cheat days. Yeah I had pizza for dinner last night but only 1 slice & 4 wings. Anyway, Ive almost lost 40 lbs. 4 more to go. I'm wearing a skirt I havent worn since my last year of highschool. Its weird that its actually in style. SUPER EXCITED FOR THE DAY AND READY TO TAKE ON THE WORLD!

    Not feeling the best

    I dont know what it is but Im exhausted. My workouts are killing me. Yesterday I had to lessen all of the weights and reps that I usually do just to make it through and I pushing myself like crazy. I need to feel better.

    HARDEST LEG WORK-OUT YET

    I missed a week of legs b/c my trainer had to cancel. So its been over a week since I've done any strength training with my legs. I worked myself HARD today. Tomorrow I will be in pain. But its a good pain!

    CALFS ARE DEAD

    This weekend my Calves hurt so badly I could barely walk. I either overdid it with calf presses or lunges on Thursday. After a couple hot baths, several dousings of icy hot, they are back to just being very sore today!

    Worst Shoes EVER

    Cross Trainers by New Balance. I have a pair of new balance shoes currently that I have had since like 2001 and I love them. But I got a new pair and they hurt my feet horribly. We took them back. Trying to figure out what new show I'm gonna get now.
