Sean_Burgess sent the following motivation to Jam35Gr3g0ry: Yeah, the weird thing is that I tend to come in under my recommended calorie count, even when I'm tracking real carefully. Not losing weight though. I suspect it's the exercise piece that's missing for me. You saw the Daily Burn app, right? It's not iPad specific, but should still run on there.

Is this right?
Okay... so I'm confused. I've seriously altered my diet and added exercise for about two weeks now. Initially, my weight dropped a few pounds, but now I'm up where I started again? Is this to be expected from adding muscle mass? Should I ::not:: exercise for a while, or just avoid strength training?
