Nice work
Keep it up! We had a fourth commit to do CrossFit with us.. we are still doing it temporarily at UAH, but the plan is to start doing it at Adam's house in January (we are getting some of the equipment soon). Any chance you want to join up with us?

New Course Update...
Tweaking again. Body weight and measurements tell me something is working. Time to change it up as I'm bored with my routing. Switching over to MAX-OT philosophy. Will warm-up with bodyweight exercises and then do all heavy sets for one muscle group per day. 6 days rest in between. 2-3 min rest between sets. No more that 6-9 heavy sets (not counting warmup) per day. Workouts NTE 30 minutes. Started on 11/24/08.

New Course
- increased nutritional goals to consume more calories while maintaining quality of calories. Specifically, going to experiment with high levels of protein - Continuing body weight routine and supplement (at random) heavy lifts 3 times a week. Lifts will be compound movements for the most part. - No cardio, will experiment with less rest between sets as a substitution for traditional cardio.

Calorie Goals
Not sure I've been eating enough. Body weight has been consistently between 171 and 173 for going on 2 weeks. Not consuming many calories at all. Eating mostly whole foods and lean sources of protein. Body composition seems to be improving (abs are slightly visible and waist is decreasing). Been doing body weight only exercises.

Having Doubts...
about my new routine. Been doing mostly bodyweight exercises, but don't have a pull-up bar. I think that may be the downfall. Mostly all plank type abdominal exercises instead of crunches, v-ups, russian twists, etc. and that seems to be working well. Weight still fluctuates between low to mid 170s. Haven't tested bf% lately, but definition on this routine seems to be going the wrong way. Yet, see more veins, etc. in arms. I'm confused.
