    Happy New Year/ Happy New You

    So months into me working out, we haven't seen much weight loss but more like weight gain. My stomach did get a flat tire around it during the holidays but with so much free time and good food with good people all the time, who could resist? Anyways upper body strength is at an ALL time high. Now that I'm back to Orlando and on a solid schedule we will see the strength go up significantly in the coming weeks. Yesterday I went to Sam's Club and bought muscle milk so I can start to have protein shakes before and after the gym. While back home I was told I filled out but in a good way so I guess the weight gain (muscle) was much needed. Girls are coming up to me all the time now to tell me how beautiful (their words) I am. It makes a man feel special :) . So last night I weighed in at 190 pounds. My new goal is to drop back down to 180. More ab's and cardio are needed, but first I gotta beat cigarettes. Also I still feel a little sick, I hate to admit it but my parents my have been right about me getting bronchitis. Update later! Have a good Saturday world.

    weight gain

    started eating regularly again...Lifting all weights no cardio. So far in one week I've gained like 7 1/2 -8 1/2 pounds. Upper body is getting huge now I'm starting to fast again to lose lower body weight and tone up.

    changes..

    Okay so I've been busy for the past 2 weeks and now it's finally over and I can relax. I haven't hit the gym in a week and I feel like I'm dying! I know for a fact I've paid the price for this, cause I went on a fast food binge. It was a nice vacation but time to get serious again. I got a month alone and I am gonna take advantage of the temptation free time I got. Only problem is that I'm gonna be EXTREMELY busy with school now. I start typography and audio design this month. So it will be hard to go to the gym but it will get done! Stay tuned.

    My weekend.

    I did soooooooooooo bad yesterday! i had mcdonals and that past 3 days I did bad for breakfast.. i need to get it together,.,, I also lost 2 lbs... weird...
