    Time to focus on nutrition

    Now that I have successfully made regular exercise a part of my daily life, I need to focus on what I put into my body. And lately, it's just been a lot of garbage!!

    Haha, it is truly insane but if I push past, maybe it will get better. I find I can cycle and run longer with it and finding it good like Turbo Fire, which I gotta finish, still on week 4 of that. T_T

I am a runner and swimmer. I will be competing in my first triathlon in June 2012. In 2005, I weighed 310 pounds. It has been a long journey. I am still very overweight at 225 pounds, but I am much healthier. I have overcome diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
