    MONDAY, MONDAY

    This morning's workout went quite well. I LOVE the kettlebell workout, even though I didn't make it through its entirety. It was a time thing though. I can take 40 minutes of it and I'm DETERMINED to get through it tomorrow. I rode The Wave with the tutorial and it wasn't bad at all! Only 10 minutes of it though. I figure I can do this for about a week and then move on.

    I received my WAVE! I'm SO excited. I can't wait to do my first workout with it. Also, I have the Kettlebell, so I'm going for strength training. I want to have cut arms and I KNOW that's an attainable goal. Anyone else? Any goals you want to share?

    Okay, I've been working out a lot and have lost 25 pounds and need to lose 20 more by June 11th. I want to take up jogging and would appreciate any help.
