Dropping the trainer, but dead tired
I'm dropping the trainer. I haven't been able to reliably get up that early so there's no point. Plus it's expensive. I was dead tired this morning. I drove in to the gym, and was so tired I slept in the car for an hour before gettings started at the gym. Sad. I need more sleep.

Off the wagon this morning
I think I learned this morning that I'm an emotional eater. I had a really crappy evening and morning and BAM back on the starbucks and leftover chinese for BREAKFAST. WTF. Anyway I regained control by lunch.

Jury Duty Pig Out
So I was sent on jury duty. Starved for the morning, then was sent on lunch. My order got screwed up and I got a sandwich with fries instead of a salad (extra chicken became pesto chicken somehow). Anyway I then proceeded to pig out on nothing but carbs. This day did not go well, but what surprises me is that it's still close. Hmmm. Up side? I've apparently lost 6 pounds. Cool.
