    Your Post

    YES - I know you are a runner and you do need to get the long runs in. I am there for you when I am home. The only suggestion I have when I am NOT home is either to trust leaving the kids alone in the evening and run OR get a baby sitter for a couple of hours while you run in the evening. I will help out with a baby sitter if you want to go that route. Whatever I can do to help, I WILL DO. Love You

    I'm a Runner

    Don't know how it happened, but sometime recently, I became a runner. It's gotten to where even if I do some other exercise, I don't quite feel right on the days when I don't also run. Of course, I definitely need to figure out the timing so I can start ramping up my mileage. 3.5 miles isn't going to cut it, even if I do it almost every day. Still don't know how I am going to get in the long runs/rides on the weekends when I have the kids, but my thinking is that I even if I only get the long trainings done when Dad is in town, I will still get in 6 long runs/rides in each 8 week period.

    weekend eating

    I have had many times like that, which is one of the reasons I stopped doing DB... hated to post what I ate.... it makes me think twice about eating something knowing I have to post it here for everyone to see...

    OK, I ate so badly Saturday evening/Sunday that I don't think I can stand to post it. I did run every day last week though. Back on the nutrition wagon this morning. :)
