    81.6 kg (179.9 lbs) + 7.2 km (4.5 miles) on sand!

    Just got below 180 lbs, and willing to get bellow 80 kg soon! Made 7.2 km (4.5 miles) run on beach sand twice as my best length! Lost 23.4 kg (51.6 lbs) since early November, 2011 when I was 105 kg (231.5 lbs).

    Running 5.2 km (3.2 miles) on beach straight! Lost 22.8 kg (50.2 lbs) since early November, when I was 105 kg (231.5 lbs).

    84.6 kg (186.5 lbs), good!

    Just ran today for 3.6 km (2.25 miles) on beach sand without a break. Although I think I might be losing muscle mass too, I would continue until I kick all the fat! Lost 20.4 kg (45 lbs) since early November, when I was 105 kg (231.5 lbs).

    Accelerated Weight-loss!

    Getting to 87.1 kg (192 lbs) was fast with the 2 runs per day plan, sand and interlock. Yesterday I made a total of about 6 km (2.5 km approx. on sand "+0.7 walking", 3.6 km on interlock). 1 day off a week. Already lost 17.9 kg (39.5 lbs) since early November.

    Triple 8? Not bad :)

    Just touched the 88.8 kg (195.8 lbs). Went to extreme diet and with beach sand jogging (1-1.5 km) and walking (1.5-2 km) in the afternoon. Hours later at night 2.5+ km jogging on interlock/grass and some quick push ups, etc. 4 to 5+ cups of green tea, sometimes mixed with lemongrass+lemon. 1-2 protein shakes with milk (morning, between workouts) + very small meal at night after all the workout.
