    Barriers

    What usually prevents me from working out is time. My school and work take up so much of my time and when im not doing those i am usually doing homework. My barriers is probably that i dont like doing it alone but im afraid i will hold others back. Also i try to cook my own dinner to help save money but if my schedule is busy i will just grab fast food and i need to cut back on that.

    I need cardio more than I need strength because I just want to lose weight not really gain muscle. I also need to work on my nutrition and eat better.

    My Fitness Goal

    My fitness goal is to increase my exercise and lose a little weight. I would like to lose 5 pounds over the next eight weeks. I want to learn exercises I can do at home with little equipment. I choose this goal because I need to get back to a healthy weight and in good health.
