Hey Sharky! Way to go with the mileage. I thought I was kidding when I said you would pull ahead in the 1000 mile challenge but you really have. I'm better - my PF seems to be alright but I have to be careful with mileage and hard workouts for awhile until I'm sure. Stay with it! I'm following close behind and will catch up if you falter :)

1000 mile challenge
Hi Sharsky, congratulations on your 1000 mile challenge efforts. I'm struggling to keep up with you! I ran a 10K last weekend and set a (current era) PR and the extra mileage incentive of the challenge certainly helped! Unfortunately, though the 10K was successful, it left me battling a chronic case of Platar Fascitis. So, I may have to let you off the hook ... we'll see. Today's run will tell me if my PF is serious or not. If I can't keep up, I'll be back after a healing rest. Good Luck with your running!
